Shipping policy

At VAULTED, every order ships with free tracked shipping — no minimums, no exceptions.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with your tracking number the moment your pair ships.

Delivery Time
Once shipped, please allow approximately 7–14 business days for delivery. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and local carrier conditions.

Order Tracking
Every order includes a tracking number, sent directly to your email as soon as your order is dispatched. You can use this to follow your shipment every step of the way.

Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to most countries, including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and most of Europe and Asia. If your country is available at checkout, we ship there.
